Alex Bailey to lead results-focused strategy for success


PCL’s new Marketing Campaign Executive Alex Bailey is gearing up to lead the marketing strategy for the company’s innovative Partner+ Programme. 

The initiative, aimed at growing the brand’s market share by supporting distributors to flourish, has steadily gained momentum since its introduction in 2019. Created for distributors who take a broad range of PCL’s cutting-edge products, it enables them to develop and sustain long-term, rather than just transactional sales to their own customer base. 

Alex brings expertise in partner relationship management from her previous role within the manufacturing industry, therefore she is well-equipped to build strong connections with PCL’s key partners; providing the tools they need for impactful marketing campaigns. 

These include a range of incentives, including: branded signage; advantageous trading and credit terms; advice on the use of mailing lists; Point of Sale posters; product display stands to drive footfall; external displays and flags to increase localised brand awareness; and assistance with online promotion, including social media and white label websites. 

Those committing to the scheme can also benefit from a range of personalised branded workwear and merchandise to promote their business and create a professional corporate image underlining their credentials as a PCL Partner+ Distributor.

Alex will draw on her expertise to build tailormade packages for Partner+ members and deliver insight-driven campaigns designed to enhance customer base and extend market reach. She said: “I am really looking forward to taking over the Partner+ program at PCL. We have some amazing partners, and I am eager to help set them up for success. I have a great team to support me and we have some big goals!

In addition to the Partner+ remit, Alex will also support PCL’s Marketing Manager Matthew Butters in the implementation of the marketing strategy for PCL and any other group brand marketing requirements.
